We anticipating any tier changes with him or is he still too shit? I'd be surprised if he didn't move up a tier or two though. He didn't learn any of the new moves and yeah he'd have liked to have Flip Turn but he got access to a bunch of other really fucking good moves that he's been desperately needing. Decent stat distribution too in all honesty and water/fighting is not a bad typing at all.
