Make sure those plastic poles are snapped in correctly as they can become loose over time and try switching the metal swing from front to back and align the metal swing ends properly and also check to see if the plastic parts are grinded down because the metal swing parts have rough textures that will grind down the plastic so put some foil tape over the surface.
