I have more similar grids to this and honestly some might look less effective to me compared to the rest and should delete them perhaps. Some change depending on supports if they give crits or not.
Anyway prefer xSpeed SS1 over MLAS because 2/2 MLAS + 2/2 xSpeed MPR gives Koga guaranteed max Evasion on Crobat iirc and at least 2 evasion to the rest of the teammates, it's a fair option if you have crit buffers to compense the 2/3 Crit stats it reaches with MLAS otherwise. Venoshock MGR seems redundant considering its base speed and eventual support mons ranging from Pep Rally Blue, Sabrina, TF Skyla etc
The rest is there to let him do some extra damage with Venoshock.
Other build is for Koga as not main sync spammer, both can be used in in coop too I guess, Morty gives +1Eva/+1Spa for example.
