I don't understand why either, but holy fuck the switch spam is just making me livid by this point, bosses often switch like 40 to 50 times per battle and you'd think that would make something like Stealth Rocks amazing, but then the bosses always rely on healing item spam as well, this game does a shit job with it's battles in general.
Changing topics back to Empire and assuming the update will drop soon, I had a fun suggestion to make if we go with our usual dual type restrictions, what if we allowed ourselves to use an ace in the hole that skipped type restrictions? Like, each of us selects a Pokemon outside our of types to use as an ace in the hole?
