I hooked a shiny feebas on Brooklet Hill, turns out it was careful. Made it a specially defensive coil setup like a bizarro slowbro. Maxed HP and sp def. I'll switch in on a special attack, then coil to increase attack and defense, occasionally using recover to regain HP. Then I'll hit with aqua tail(its low accuracy isn;t an issue because coil increases accuracy)
