I really enjoy using Shedinja is Sapphire because of the great risk / great reward nature of the Pokemon. For example, Wallace's Milotic and Steven's Metagross are both unable to harm Shedinja, so it's nice to kill them slowly with Toxic and/or Confuse Ray and watch them suffer helplessly.
