In case anyone was confused about the OP image, the reason that message is concerning is due to the pokedex entry for Hypno:
"It carries a pendulum-like device. There once was an incident in which it took away a child it hypnotized. "
This of course inspired songs such as this
>>42571868But you might be thinking, well what does Drifloon have to do with Hypno though? If you read some of the Pokedex entries for it, it states:
"These Pokémon are called the "Signpost for Wandering Spirits." Children holding them sometimes vanish."
So BOTH POKEMON ARE KNOWN FOR ABDUCTING CHILDREN, HENCE THE CREEPINESS.
