>>36348963Well, Mt. Moon went smoothly enough. Enoch was a great catch for this area, since he managed to wall half of the species I ran into. I forgot that Water Gun was a TM in this version of the game; giving it to Kautner gave me some much-needed coverage against Geodude and Onix.
I figured Nadja would be able to take on Misty by spamming status moves and Absorb, and I was mostly right, until Misty started throwing Full Heals at her Starmie. I was a little too close to the red for comfort, so I figured I'd send someone else out to finish the job, aand that's how I ended up getting Kautner OHKOd. I definitely underestimated Starmie's Special stat.
Going forward, I realized I'm going to have to be pretty conservative with deaths, since math works out that I'm going to be retiring a whole lot of champions if I'm aiming to go through with the whole challenge. Also a little worried about running a Mankey due to its glass cannon-ness.
