A really poor one at that. Didn't even had to do that much either. It's pathetic he's trying to make this his when it's really a poor man's job at re-tracing.
He clearly has a lot of friends, justifiably plenty of them being fakemon artists.
You really just got to find that one friend of his that resembles this artworks' art style. If what he says is true, there are others who know who it is as well.
Fakemon artists don't always work alone on their own. I've seen leaks which have involved two or three people.
