What are the chances I'll get fucked hard by replacing Petal Dance? Does anyone know what other moves Bulbasaur can learn? Petal Dance has good base damage and an average cooldown, but the fact that the damage is split between all the projectiles is what turns me off. Not to mention the move comes with end lag, which can get you messed up.
