I work retail, copies came in to our store Thursday so I swiped a copy. I'm not sharing photos because I'm retarded and I'm sure they'll lead back to me, but keep seeing some leakers on Twitter posted here and a lot of it is wrong or half-truths.

>Carcastryk (Marowak evo, Ground/Dark)
>Elthya (Not sure)
Hisuian Formes:
>Growlithe & Arcanine (Fire/Rock)

>Braviary (Psychic/Flying)
>Sliggoo & Goodra (not sure of typing, only battled)
>Mareep and presumably Flaafy and Ampharos (Ice/Electric, light blue and white fur, is much fluffier, its ears and head fur are like a hood)
>Litwick and presumably Lampent and Chandalure (Steel/Fire, has red fire and look like some kind of old bronze oil lamp)
The starters don't have new final evolutions. I just got a normal Samurott.
There are 4 Nobles and 4 major fetch quests that make up for the lack of 8 gyms. The Nobles are Kleavor, Kodiakursa, Carcastryk, and Scalvile . I just finished the Kodiakursa one - it's really cool, you start off fighting an Alpha Ursaring, and then it evolves mid-battle. The Noble fights are genuinely difficult. Took me a few tries to get through Kleavor. You learn who the 4 Nobles are from Laventon at the beginning.
Elthya is this small Jirachi-looking thing. It has two small feet, levitates, and has a hood with bright pink eyes. It sort of reminds me of a black mage from Final Fantasy. There's a cutscene at the beginning of an Alpha Pokemon attacking some thieves, and a crate smashing open with Elthya escaping.
Overall a decent game so far. Definitely a well needed mix-up. A lot of pointless "do x y times" quests to pad it out for sure though, but 8/10 for me at least.
