>>53429430Like most legendary and mythical pokemon they don't get enough time to shine and leave much of an impression because they're either distributed months after people have finished the game, on top of being level 50 or 100 so even if you restarted or got the game later, they don't really fit into your team until endgame without using hacks/PkHex. There's few exceptions to this, like Victini, which is one of my favorites and I don't think it's a coincidence. Victini was obtainable at a low level, decently early into the game and you got to experience the game with it.
