Marnie doesn't pass the 1A snuff test (like Gloria), so she would need to be aged up.
Bea has no canon age, and would probably need to be aged up to pass the snuff test.
Hilda is canonically 14 in BW1, so she would need to be aged up a few years.
Hex Maniac has no canon age, but one can reasonably assume she's an adult as long as you give her enormous tits.
Nessa has no canon age, but one can reasonably assume she's an adult because she's a model.
Sonia has no canon age, but one can reasonably assume she's an adult because she's a professor.
Skyla has no canon age, but one can reasonably assume she's an adult because she's a commercial pilot (minimum age to have a private pilot's license in New York is 17).
Jessie is canonically an adult (25+).
Lusamine is canonically an adult (40+).
If you go by FurAffinity rules, then you can't add Pikachu, Eevee, Vulpix, or Braixen. All of the other Pokémon I listed should be fine as long as you adhere to the "Characters Must Have Human Anatomy" rule:
