It would probably take a lot of trial and error before you can conjure up your old self without looking uncanny. Maybe small details are missing, or your "skin" is unnaturally smooth. A small slip-up in concentration and your slit eyes are showing. Or the inevitable moment where you're unable to resist bestial instincts.
Also, how tactile are Zoroark's illusions anyways? Can they fool the sense of touch or would you have to keep a safe distance at all times?
