Also, she plays into yandere tropes well with those swirling eyes. Her dress also easily accommodates bigger, plumper body curves in flattering ways, which is something that will be missed since SV is going with "everyone (except NPCs) is skinny" again.
I cannot fathom why they can't make more curvy women designs than they do, everyone loves a good milf or milf-in-the-making kinda girl.
