Trevenant pounds his fists together, melding them both into a single jumbo-sized wooden hammer. Raising the hammer above his head, he dives down to execute what's starting to become his signature finisher. As he soars, the hammer slowly increases in size and power.

Avalugg is hopelessly helpleess against the diving tree above him. The iceberg-turtle-carrier-thingy's physique prevents him from raising his head up vertically, meaning he can't shoot any attacks upward to stop Trevenant. He's far too weak to spin his own body, and unlike Abomasnow, can't slam the ground to summon a counterattack.
"A-Avaaa.."
"Oh no!" cries Wulfric.
"OH YES! Do it Champ!" exclaims Clyde.
Wood Hammer reaches max power far before the elder tree even crashes to the ground, a testament to how strong he's become over such a short time. It's certainly a faster growth than any of your other Pokemon, even your undeniable strongest one.
Which is all up to personal opinion. Ahem.Trevenant's arrival back to the surface is marked with a gusty storm of leaves. Even though it's far too late to escape, Avalugg still tries to get up, but it's a hopeless effort. In the blink of an eye, Trevenant drops the hammer.
"NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNT!"
The impact on Avalugg triggers a chilly explosion that shoots up and covers the battlefield, and it's all over from there.
