Lanturn from Lost Thunder recycles 4 items back into your deck as an attack. Banette's GX attack from Celestial Storm gives you any 3 cards into your hand.
Florges from Forbidden Light grabs you discarded items an ability. Diantha can grab any 2 discarded cards if a fairy got knocked out.
Oranguru from Ultra Prism can put any 3 cards back into the deck and the Oranguru from Crimson Invasion can grab 3 discarded items into your hand.
Gardevoir GX's GX attack can shuffle 10 cards including items back into your deck.
Herdier can grab an item from discard on evolution with its ability and Decidueye GX can grab 3 cards with its GX attack.
I think that's all of them that aren't just bad (there was a coinflip DCE attack one I skipped) or weird, like pic related.
