Whenever I play a Pokemon game I HAVE to catch every mon I can as soon as its available. So, as I move through the routes I have to look up the route on Bulbapedia and note every encounter possible and make sure I catch them all. This sometimes results in me spending anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours searching for those 1% encounters, depending on how unlucky I am.
This results also in my autism getting exceptionally triggered sometimes when new games release, and the possible encounters on every routes haven't been recorded yet, so I have to just trust my instincts as to whether theres any hidden rare mons on the route or not.
Oh and also, I have to do this with items too. I make myself have to track every little shitty pokeball and hidden potion that's on the route and if I miss any, I get really annoyed.
Do other people do this or am I the only one?
