There's a theory that because it's for Android that Niantic has no way of sensing it, as they aren't allowed to scan Android devices due to Googles terms of service, unlike on Apple where they are allowed to scan entire devices. There's another theory that the third party that oversees bans is also in charge of Pgsharp, and that the those who pass out the bans made Psharp as a way to make money on the side. Regardless, it will get banned when it gets banned. Best to assume you're already flagged.
Second strike is pushing it. It's possible for them to go straight from the first strike to the third, it's rare, but has happened. If you want to test your luck, you can ignore the first strike. But when I get my first strike, I'm done spoofing. Hasn't happened yet, but I expect it will soon enough.
I haven't heard of a single case where hundos were deleted. That requires someone to actually sift through data and figure out what hundos are legit and which ones aren't. Not to mention, that would encourage players to quit, it's destroying their account. Niantic doesn't want us to quit, they just want us to give them our real location data and keep on spending money. The three strike policy exists to retain players, because they know that cheaters put more hours into the game than anyone else. We're the players that care enough to try to get hundos of every Pokemon, that takes a lot of time, a lot of screentime, and while we're taking over gyms, sending and opening gifts, playing GBL, we're populating the game and improving it for the legit players. They don't want us gone, they just want us playing by their rules is all. Your hundos are almost certainly safe. The only reason I say "almost" is because there's no way to ever know anything in this world for sure. Aliens might be real, who knows, maybe if we're lucky we'll get to find out one day.
