Another thing I don't understand, is who is this new anime for? They are not using the protagonists of the games, which is what the players want, they are using OCs, which has already been shown to not be a popular idea with the anime public (Goh has his fans, that is admitted, but in cold numbers of marketing and the taste of the majority public was a failure)
I'm sure this anime will have a great rating the first three episodes due to general curiosity, but it will collapse before the first 20 episodes having nothing to retain the fans, do you remember those beautiful PLA specials that didn't make much of an impact due to that they focused on a literal who and not the characters in the game.
I understand the concept of innovating the franchise, but this seems to me a set of bad ideas from any point.
