Hatterene's line was designed alongside Grimmsnarl and vice-versa; that's it. No other Pokemon acted as an influence for it.
For the record I don't really think Gothitelle is that deeply connected to Gardevoir either (only vaguely similar at best) but there's at least more evidence for it than the actual pile of nothing that remains for the other three.
