>>22751096"It's a bit late to hold sympathy for a teammate, or should I say 'empathy'? Ah, it doesn't matter." the Champion taunts, "Have you considered giving up yet? At this rate, it's your only viable option."
You recall Hexcalibur and turn your attention to your adversary, "I'm not going to throw in the towel just because you say it's the right thing to do. At any rate, I still have five more Pokemon, and they're all going to give it their best, just like Hexcalibur did! Didn't you hear the narration earlier?"
Your follow-up statement is concurrent with the release of your next Pokemon, "JAAAAAA!"
"We're only just getting started!"
You've chosen to throw in Greninja next. It's a risky tactic, especially given that he's already taken major damage from your fight with Malva, but you feel as if he's the best thing to take out the Ace with. Greninja also dabbles in the beam business, and shouldn't have too hard a time trying to get around an opponent like this.
[Shuuu.....Shuutsutsuuuu!]
The one thing you didn't count on, however, was the Ace transforming during the switch out. It's now under the guise of a Latios, and for some reason, just looking at it fills you with unbridled amounts of anger.
"Dragon Pulse." commands the Champion. The fight continues.
