We get Goomy, a cute little slug made of slime that has a silly face and a cute personality. And it's A DRAGON.
Then we get Sliggoo, and no one thought that we would get a second evolution as good as that for Goomy. It is cute and memorable.
And then we get G00dra. It doesn't look anything like what the previous two evolutions resemble. It turns a genuinely great Pokemon into a steaming pile of furbait that was put in the wrong generation and can barely even remain in UU because it sucks so much.
I was mad when it was first revealed. I'm mad about it today.
Poor Goomy. Poor Sliggoo.
