Team Rocket is just kicking off all their shenanigans which means Silver hasn't gone on their adventure yet. Clair has officially moved to Viridian to become the Gym Leader there, so who's keeping Blackthorn active? Brendan and May are doing their thing in this region, but the Team Magma/Aqua stuff hasn't happened yet?
It's a fucking mess and I don't know how to properly parse it.
