Okay, here's my next team. This is still a work in progress, there are some weak links that I want to tune up, but it works and it's fun, maybe you guys can give me suggestions.
So the basis of the team is "holy shit Gmax Snorlax is completely fucking insane with good support, and unprepared teams just auto-lose to it." By default, you lead Clefairy + Snorlax (dual beast ball shinies) and Follow Me + Belly Drum, then Dynamax and start sweeping with +6 Replenishes. This usually works through Fake Out, unless they Fake Out Clefairy and attack Lax, but even then you have Heal Pulse. It's flexible and lets you play around your opponent's lead. Duraludon and Excadrill are problems, but Roserade can fix that.
Speaking of, Roserade is an alternative lead to Clefairy. I'd overlooked it at first because everyone goes crazy for Venusaur, but bloody hell I love it now. Fast, accurate sleep on something that outspeeds Excadrill and Duraludon is soo useful, and really patches up a big weakness that the team would otherwise have. Poison Point can break sashes and let Snorlax oneshot annoying leads. Sludge Bomb oneshots offensive Togekiss, and I like Giga Drain for the healing. Fourth moveslot is negotiable, I'm not really sure what I want to run there, honestly.
Conkeldurr and Toxtricity are solid mons that have good matchups for the team. The Tox is Gmax, and I sometimes Dynamax it instead. It's powerful, but I wish it were a little faster sometimes. Sucks that only two other mons on the team have Protect, can't spam Boomburst that much. Maybe Shift Gear woud be a good choice?
One thing that the team has trouble with is Ghosts. Darkest Lariat can threaten them, but being unable to spam Replenish can hamper Snorlax's healing and cut short a sweep. Morpeko is here for a few reasons, Ghosts being one of them. It's got some great utility with Fake Out, Parting Shot, and the fairy-resist berry for Dazzling Gleams. It's volatile though, probably the first thing I'd replace..
