It's easy to hack the pentagon in PokéGen to make it look legit. There's also the fact that only two IVs are guaranteed to be perfect in the Friend Safari. This leaves the other 4 IVs to a 31^4 rolls. That's a 1 in 923,521 chance. Why would anyone with a functioning brain just Wonder Trade something like that away for the shitty derp you uploaded. It's hacked or a cloned hack.
