First phase is trimming the fat and removing the garbage from the big tileset. We're discussing this a bit (not many people are on now though, since its still relatively early). Hopefully we'll have this phase done today.
Next will be designing the base-biome sets. Should be simple, but tedious once the fat is trimmed.
Next will be re-reorganizing the dropbox.
And then it will be ready.
Hopefully we'll have everything set in less than a week.
