>>53898836This. There's a very narrow window for them to act between low energy charged moves like Sand Tomb because garchomp can use Mud Shot, which generates a lot of energy per attack. Other pokemon can do similar strats as long as the know a high energy fast attack and a low energy charged attack, but Sand Tombhas a 100% chance to lower their defense, so it makes it easy to stun lock for a few cycles and then kill with Outrage.
