I don't know why people are annoyed with Team Rocket appearing. They'll either attack Bonnie and Clemont or buy presents for their own pokemon. They won't interfere with the date and will probably only be in a few minutes tops.
I'm more interested in what Ramos will be doing, he's the best chance of someone pointing out to Ash he's on a date.
