Turner designed Poipole and Niggadaniel, which were well received enough to be heavily featured in marketing. Basically every Turner pokemon becomes a marketing smash hit, which makes the company money, which means that we will see more Turner pokemon. Wouldn't be surprised if Turner gets more Art Director roles.
