Hoenn: seems to have matured, pretty much a mentor for May and Max. Still not that great at battling. Places top 14 or 12 again if I remember correctly.
Sinnoh: shit starts to pick up. Competent. Has bro moments with Brock because they've been together so long. Another mentor to Dawn. Seems to have matured a lot since kanto. Creates a pretty badass team, uses strategy and type matchups like a champ. Beats Paul's ass, sends him home crying, and loses to compete fucking legendary spamming faggot at top 4. Guy who beat him later won sinnoh league. Looks physically taller
Unova: compete fucking reset. Like he's from kanto again. Whole damn season is filler. Horrible. Travels with a chimp that calls him a kid all the time. Lost all respect and experience from sinnoh. Even looks younger in the animation
Kalos: (so far) seems to use strategy and training, pretty competent. Might mentor Serena and Bonnie with Clemont or whatever his name is. Looks way older than he did in Unova. Good start.
