No Megas, Z-Moves or Gigantamax. Though, changes inspired by these gimmicks are allowed, just as long as they're not as powercreepy as the gimmicks themselves (example: giving Venusaur Thick Fat, Electric/Dragon Ampharos, ect)
Type changes are allowed, but keep them to a minimum
You're allowed to buff weak types such as Rock, Bug, Ice, ect
Ability/move buffs are allowed, as well as new abilities/moves
Stat buffing/lowering is allowed. Just don't minmax to a retardedly high extent
