I am playing Pokemon Perfect Emerald 2.0. This is my first romhack I intend to complete.
I'm trying to get a Snorunt, which leads me to the Ice Room in Shoal Cave, right? I just beat the Mossdeep gym. Made sure to visit at low tide to access the bottom cave, which APPARENTLY has a ladder that leads to the Ice room. Attaching a screenshot that shows what I see and apparently the ladder is on the bottom right of this little cave, but I don't see it.
Anyone familiar with this romhack? I wonder if there is a certain trigger that causes the ladder to appear, story or otherwise. I'm going to go ahead and kick Team Aqua out of the space place, but I really don't want to keep playing until I get that Snorunt, as I intend to make that my 6th mon.
For a romhack that was designed to be have a completely catchable Dex, I would be shocked to see this is an oversight, as that completely breaks completion.
