Gave him extra defense and special defense, and used the rest to buff up speed. If he was a psuedo, he should be a fast bulky mon with no buffs to attack.
Special move:
Solid steel
Raises defense by three stages, but requires a turn of charging
This would help make him the best defensive wall in the game, with considerable special defense as well. However, his terrible SpA and meager attack would be his achilles heel.
