That's my take at least, then there are braindead stages like the EX Hau or the sitting duck VH S-Elesa that barely attacks and gets shat on by Snarl drops on her full special attacking team. Absolutely depressing battle stage.
VH Valerie can fall 2 or 1 turns away from her first Sync so far.
