>>40745995They’re pretty solid all things considered, wasn’t expecting much with the weak first impression and the disappointing starter evolutions, but a lot of lines were redeemed as well. Still not buying it as of right now though, 400 Pokémon is a pretty disappointing number, and unless there’s word of a rather promising postgame then you can count me out. Some of my favorites this time around are
>Impidimp line>Centiskorch line>Zacian w/o all the armor is much more appealing>Eternatus is fucking nuts and I can’t wait to see what they do with it in-game if I end up buying it>that brass elephant line>while I’m not a fan of all 4 of them, fusing fossils is an ingenious idea and should happen again sometime in the future>the Meowth, Mr Mime, Darumaka, and Corsola lines are all awesome, it finally seems like they’ve figured out alternate forms a bit better coming from the disappointing Alolan Form lineupPretty irritating that Gigantamax is half Galar and half Kanto with only a bone or two thrown at other regions but at least the regional variants are finally beginning to branch out.
