Inteleon is the WORSE starter design by a mile. Not even close. Even with shit like Incineroar, Samurott and Primarina it still fucking sucks. At least those do their job of emphasising the core of the design. Incineroar is a big goof ball so it's goofy proportions make sense. Primarina is a dazzling, majestic show queen diva mermaid and it at leadt accomplishes that. Samurott at least has cool amd sharp elements in its design that makes it give off the samurai vibe. But Inteleon is just so shit with the concepts at hand. It looks more like a cartoon character than a monster fit for battle. It's supposed to be the "cool" starter of the trio. But it fails to give off that vibe. Incineroar large paws was to emphasize it's inherent goofiness, Inteleons large hands are because...? It's lanky body doesn't help it that much either the transition between stick limbs to big hands and head is quite jarring. It's entire design is just one big "bleh."
As far as Fan designs are concerned, I'd take the Sagedex 10x over it. Even shit like Assdeer is better than Inteleon without really even trying.
