I noticed that Pryce's battle always leads with a seel using hail. I decided to teach my heracross focus punch since that would OHKO it without having to take any more than a turn of hail.
After 3 resets of testing, the seel would use aurora beam (which did less than 10% of my hp) every single turn until I pick another attack, at which point it laid hail.
