Tsareena is probably the weakest all rounder currently because it has the burst damage potential of a speedster while having the defenses of one as well seemingly.
Ttar is amazing but only if you reach level 13, and have a pocket healer, before your team gives up.
Scizor is alright at skirmishes against pretty much anyone. But he doesn't really have the damage to finish most things off unless they chose to over commit. But also you can choose not yo evolve and become a speedster with resets and great kill potential and burst.
Machamp has a game winning unite, same with Charizard as well. I don't think anything really wins against a Charizard that lands its unite.
Lucario has been powercrept but will be receiving pretty large buffs to its extreme speed build. And some other buffs as well.
Garchomp is great at burning objectives but unfortunately can not really secure them well. I doubt many pokemon can trade autos with this guy.
Urshifu and Zacian are pretty strong but expensive.
Buzzwole can be really oppressive 1v1 but has difficulty in larger fights.
Aegislash can be fun but it feels like a lot of work to accomplish what others can do with a single press of a button or just auto attacking. I believe it needs some form of cooldown reduction to its shield forms.
Dragonite was recently buffed and then nerfed as the buffs were intended to improve its outrage build and give it a boost overall but that made hyper beam even better. I think it's still pretty decent but maybe not as good as Zacian and Urshifu.
