For some it's the 2/3 completion mark which is common, for me it's the stage after the final sketch and before the first round of line art. Which means the feeling will always come back whether you get other people to validate you or not. Meaning you must learn how to tell yourself to continue, it's your own burden, not one to dump on others.
Besides no matter how you feel, it's important to finish a picture once in awhile. You may learn more from pushing through the doubt towards completion, compared to just sitting on a mountain of 1000 unfinished sketches you abandoned out of baseless fear.
