Ash kinda slips away in the chaos and runs away from everyone in his past, somehow flying his ass to Alola. Then he meets that Islands professor and then stuff gets fuzzy from there. Dropped it after that due to school and my old phone dying around that time
Its kinda OoC with Ash getting so upset, even calling Pikachu a rat - But having all your close friends and family suddenly tell you to give up on the goal you've been striving for your entire childhood can make a kid very upset.
