>>13562751If you hack badly or use an all shiny team (which doesn't automatically mean hacking a team but it does raise a red flag).
If you can fool the Pokécheck legality analysis, then you can fool any Nintendo/VGC tournament legality analysis.
>>13562752It doesn't matter how "you" feel about it, it isn't cheating. Like I said before, cheating implies that you're rigging the game or it's mechanics to guarantee yourself a win. Anyone can spend a couple of weeks breeding, EV-training, and leveling a competitive ready Pokémon. Some people choose not to do that. Does that mean they're cheating? No. Are they missing out on a big aspect of the single player game? Yeah.
I'll try to make this simple. Let people play how they want to play within the boundaries of the game. Unless they're using completely broken Pokémon then it isn't cheating since both parties (hacking vs non-hacking) can obtain battle ready Pokémon.

No seriously, very nice way to say it.>>13562783kek
>>13562766Stuff like hatched Pokémon having a Master Ball instead of a plain Pokéball as their default ball, stupid stuff like that.
