I think 2.6m for Master 19 is totally achievable even without extra tasty crits, but Master 20 might need those crits and possibly some helper whistles.
I hit Master 19 on a previous Raikou or Entei week, which is the rank required for 3 star legendary sleep.
This is my team, I rolled grass and ground berries so my Lapis BFS team are doing great alongside my Cyan BFS team.
Wiggly has max skill rate and helping bonus, she's amazing.

Also people were prepping for this event using a Raikou or Suicune team to over-flow helpers with berries via Helper Boost procs to carry into the next week.
You can get a maximum 4,995 berry head start on a new week this way (but realistically probably 1500-2500 depending on team composition and Helper Boost user)
