It definitely helps but the thing what golem really needed was a front liner to protect it while it stacks energy which Onix did not provide for it tack on hitmonlee sniping prevos for 1 energy and you got ine of the best decks in the game
BOTH golems have good pay off, The MI one is about as good as Venusaur ex but it's a I prize and the old one can 1 shot the biggest meta threat right now. I would say its safer to run 2 MI golems as it can run through most decks in the game but I like to run 1 GA golem just to fuck with celebabies
