Even with a thread like this I don't trust trading ppl for pokemon anymore. I've met people who don't like injecting but they still modify their pokemon in cheating ways and consider themselves "legit" collectors. Like using hacked dittos with perfect IVs to breed their pokemon.
Injecting has made it impossible for me to use the GTS because I can't tell for sure if anything else is hacked on there. The only way I can trade now is through a close nit community of other people who also value having legitimate pokemon.
It's just weird. Some people just are completely blind to the irreplaceable invaluable sentimental value of a pokemon being absolutely legit and I don't understand it.
I have a friend who is a chemical engineering major. He's a smart guy. And he thinks a cloned deoxys, A CLONED DEOXYS is as equally sentimentally valuable as a collectible as a deoxys you would get from the GEN 3 event.
It's like some people just don't get it and I don't understand why.
