I remember how Amourshippers immediately reacted when Nessa was revealed. Maybe it could have cool if they handle Nessa's relationship with Ash in a way that make her look like Ash's girlfriend.

Honestly if I was in Tomiyasu's position than I would have handle Ash and Nessa's dynamic in a way that people would actually consider them as a possible couple. For example : Ash helping Nessa with her issue and saving her from a crazy stalker etc etc.

Now to think of it , it is possible for Nessa to kiss Ash but in a platonic way like Team Rocket and Olivia done.

How would you react? I mean, Nessa's only flaw is that her breast are smaller. If her tits were as big as Sonia or Zinnia then she would have been the hottest girl of entire pokemon series.

Nope, only those who actually matter.
Maybe an OC that look like Nessa but has a rack like Zinnia who develop a close chemistry with Ash like Misty/Dawn and hold a high status/position on Pokemon world to have plot relevancy.
