If you are playing rock paper Scizors, and 50% of the people use Scizor, then go "FUCK YEAH SCIZOR TOO OP BEATS THE 30% OF PEOPLE USING PAPER 100% OF THE TIME GET #REKT," then the top 20% of people will use rock and win every time. The more used a pokemon is, the more you want a 100% counter to it on your team. But don't take this from me, I only got to 1900 in OU in a day.
PS. Didn't use a Scizor, but my Mixmence laughed at them occasionally.
