Seadras are already good for attacking.

Water Gun / Hydro Pump, or Dragon Breath / Blizzard.

Anyway, Kingdra CP range at lv 40 will be: (2066 CP / 118 HP) to (2424 CP / 130 HP). It'll be a better attacker than a Seadra but maybe you shouldn't hold your breath on whether it'll be a good gym filler.

Just a heads up, my Seadra is a Dragon Breath / Blizzard that I powered up specifically for dragon killing as a joke (as I mentioned in >>30029505). Don't expect miracles if your Seadras aren't perfect.

Going to be honest, when I started powering this guy up, I thought it'd just be a meme and he wouldn't be as useful as my Water Gun / Ice Beam failures.

But he can actually 1v1 Dragonites double its CP and win, it's kind of great.

I never knew Dragon Breath could be so spammable. Just mash that screen like crazy. Only gripe is how slow Blizzard is so Dragon Pulse Dragonites make it hard (but not impossible) and I have to mash charge that meter faster than a Hyper Beam Dragonite can so I get a good dodge window.

Probably can't take on 3k+ CP Dragonites but those don't exist in my area. Mystic spoofers don't seem to bother as long as they're higher than the Snorlax and Lapras walls.
