What you have there are the 23 Karat gold Pokemon cards that they had at Burger King around the time of 1999/2000. I think the promo might have been for the first movie. I'll have to go check and see if there's a date on them though.
They came inside of a large "holographic" pokeball and a certificate of authenticity. Just the gold things by themselves I don't believe are really worth much; you'd need the boxes and the balls and the certificate for the real money.
Originally they were like $1.99 with the purchase of a meal. I'd say the cards are probably worth about $10-$20 by themselves.
