>>47895915If you believe that all Pokemon are capable of good and evil then there would exist many Psychic Types who aren't well intentioned. Like an incredibly cruel Sigilyph or an asshole Orbeetle, both of which who can do a lot of damage to a child or really anyone. Its also dependent on the age of the Pokemon and general experiences in life.
I recall an episode dealing with a particularly cruel Togepi with a Naughty nature. Who's to say that can't happen with any psychic type?
